DKNY to showcase its collection at Bengaluru Edition of JFW

When one talks about luxurious kids fashion, DKNY is one of the top names. It is a world-renowned name, whose collection is often found in the wardrobes of kids who are supremely fashion conscious.

The acronym term DKNY is being used so extensively that only a small population would know what stands for what. DKNY stands for Donna Karan New York. Donna Karan found this brand after getting inspired by daughter Gabby. The inspiration prompted her to introduce the world to younger, and more affordable fashion. The high-street fashion brand is known for its chic, urbane, and emblazoned designs. The aesthetics displayed by the brand in their diverse collection finds an undeniable similarity to the widely accepted aesthetics in New York City, the home city of the founder. The styles, hues, and cuts are highly influenced by the culture of the city.

DKNY debuted for fall 1985 with the women’s collection Seven Easy Pieces, enrapturing the beau monde and creating a significant dent in the fashion industry. They are known for curating and manufacturing a luxe collection, a focal point of which is lustrous leather and classy cashmere. There are currently seventy Donna Karan collection and DKNY stores globally, including twenty stores in China including Hong Kong and Shanghai, and a couple of stores each in Canada including Vancouver, B.C., Montreal, Dubai, Doha, and Denmark.
